Good location, within a good walking distance and quiet at night
We were hot at night although the staff tried to accommodate us by changing the temp (appreciate that), the beds in our room were super hard so it was kinda hard to sleep at night.

Our room was very comfortable! Nicole was amazing. She greeted us every morning with a tasty breakfast, hot coffee, and juice. We would absolutely stay here again.

Tons of history and culture, at both the property and in the neighborhood. We met great people at breakfast, then again in the PM for wine. Nicole (chef, keeper, etc. extraordinaire) is a treasure. The property Manager, Alex, is also a wonderful person. Ownership did well by finding them hiring them.
Weather/Heat & Humidity in Sept - Before arriving, we knew that we had to adjust our expectations of Savannah (but not the property). After understanding that the weather was going to be hot & wet, we were good to go. For example, take the trolley, rather than walk the 3 miles round trip to Forsyth Park. Take the carriage anywhere.

Breakfast was pretty good
First of all
As soon as I walked up to the door and looked at the mailbox that was covered in dirt, I was disgusted
The whole porch was really dirty
Upon entering the house looked very dated and kind of drab, nothing like the pictures or I would’ve never booked it
