The Chandler Inn Bethlehem - Littleton, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The pristine property and hotel and spacious rooms. And it’s very dog friendly!

My bathroom sink was completely clogged upon arrival and the window was left partially opened, so the room had a lot of dead gnats, mostly by the window, but also a few live ones throughout the room. After complaing to the front desk, this issues were resolved immediately. Also, the key car door entry system to my hotel room stopped working one night because of a dead battery. Not even a hard key opened it, so a manager had to change the whole system. I was unable to get into my room for about 30 minutes. Which was a nuisance to deal with after a long day. But was resolved in a timely manner.

It has a lovely lobby and very nice staff at the front desk. The outdoor patio is small and could use some umbrellas with the few picnic table( one needs cleaning) our adult son liked the selection of video games and my husband liked the sauna.

The first room had an old food smell unpleasant odor so we quickly requested a change and they arranged a new room easily. You have to drive to Littleton for dinner ~ which is closeby but still a drive.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

The breakfast is quite disappointing for a theoretically 4 star hotel.. it included different types of Danish pastries,a cold croissant, , apples and oranges and coffee. Not any juice, no bread, butter or marmalade. It was advertised as European but having traveled in almost all European countries , I have not encountered so miserable breakfast even ar 2 star hotels.. Although most of the hotel looked clean the entrance area was quite dirty We stayed in room 333 and there was a continues noise , coming from outside of the room ,all night long ,like a boiler or something similar.

I asked for a crib and received a pack and play , guest should be informed that a traditional crib is not provided , a pack and play is NOT an acceptable accommodation for sleep
