clean, convenient and very helpful front reception staff.

kitchen area needs care. microwave had old spilled coffee. Milk container in refrig without caps. No hair dryer in room.

It was clean

I didn't like the noisy neighbors above me and the neighbors right next door that smoked when it should be a smoke-free environment I let desk staff know about the noise above my room and I felt nothing was done I also reported my neighbors next door and the desk staff member tried to play it off by telling me there was nobody in that room she kept on mentioning that room was empty but she knew I was referring it to the other room beside my room she just played dumb.
