What was there not to like

Breakfast was good. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom was gross. There were several pubic hairs in the shower, hair on the floor, hair on the counter, and hair on the hair dryer bag.

I'd hoped for a bathtub..even requested it when I booked..but only had a shower.. beautiful as it was..I missed a good hot soak

The staff, particularly the manager, was absolutely fabulous in working with me, after there was a problem with Booking.com regarding my reservation.

Booking.com needs to have a better reservation transmittal from its app/website to the hotel. I had to wait over an hour, with the manager's help, before I could get a room. My online reservation via the app never made it to the hotel, thusly the manager had to call Booking.com. The delay was unacceptable. I had to end up cancelling via booking.com and reserve under my regular way.

Location was good. Check out clerk was very friendly.

Middle table outlets between the beds did not work, I did not get the crib I requested, and while our room was fine, the overall condition of the hotel looked a little run down since my last visit.

The bathroom sink was clogged and shower doors were dirty plus mold in the grout. The room did not feel clean. Total charged was $190 for the night. The next night we paid $130 for a much nicer place.
