When you arrive music in reception area very loud. My first impression was oh no this is not going to be good but it was pleasantly surprised. As my room was clean and quiet. Much better than my first impression.

The rooms are nice. The staff was super sweet. Location was great and to top it all off, the bar!

The location stayed the same as when it was the LaQuinta Inn, as did the room decor.

When I entered the first room I was assigned, it had not been cleaned. I checked in at 9 p.m. I returned to the front desk and was assigned another room which was perfectly fine. When I first checked in, I was told that 'breakfast is behind the orange doors' (at the other side of the lobby), but was not told that breakfast cost $16.99. I have stayed at the property several times before while it was the LaQuinta Inn, and served a FREE breakfast. The quality and hospitality I came to expect at this property has declined under the new ownership. I will not return.

My flight out was in the evening, so requested that my checkout be extended by a couple of hours. The gentleman on duty was rude with his conduct and approach.
