The location was wonderfully central to most things on the eastern coast. Dining and shopping was right at your finger tips and the beaches only a short drive. The condo was spacious and could have accommodated more than our five family members easily and comfortably.

The elevator was out of service, so it was a mild inconvenience to carry our bags and diving gear up and down the stairs. But not a huge issue.

Very well stocked kitchen and closet full of beach items.

People in the condo above making a lot of noise, constantly running around or doing some kind of exercising. Had to call and text the property manager about this a few times, and even go up to condo and ask them to be more considerate ... but it never got better!

The location was within walking distance to the beach.

The condo hasn't been updated in a number of years - simple things like the bedspreads were old and the lightbulbs were very low powered. The worst feature was a timer on the air conditioning that had to be restarted every four hours - if we did not wake up and restart it during the night the second bedroom (where our baby was sleeping) quickly became uncomfortably warm. For the price we paid to rent this unit, it is ridiculous that the owners are so frugal with the electricity.

Two big bedrooms, each with a big bathroom. Nice balcony.
