Nice location but difficult to find. No map. GPS didn’t work well in the mountainous area. Spent a lot of time driving around as we were frequently lost. Space was adequate.
I was suprised that it was an old 1950’s style of decor. Old couch, carpet but it was clean. No window in the bedroom. One AC unit in LR. Lack of restaurants. No breakfast here. Though there was a kitchen with a toaster and stove. Small fridge. Difficult to get luggage cart through the front doors as the doors couldn’t stay open by themselves. E

Nice facility overall. A bit dated. Very quiet. Enjoyed the pool.
The bed was very firm. The last night we were there, we slept on the pull out sofa mattress, which was more comfortable than the actual bed! The room needed a deep clean as well.

I loved everything! The pool was amazing. We had a blast at the arcade. We loved that we could bbq and have the best time with our family.
We choose this location because of the Sauna and we asked in advance 3 days before if it was working. When we got there they said it was under maintenance. Otherwise it this hotel was beyond our expectations!

The room had an apartment-sized kitchen in it, which was unexpected. There was also a Murphy bed, a sleeper sofa, and a separate bedroom. Cute place; I would definitely stay here again!

Love the 1970s charm and the suites are very roomy!

Location of hotel was nice. Had a lot of great places around the area. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Fellow travelers helped us pick some fun things to do out and where to go. Daughter loved the pool.
There wasn't really anything to complain about during our stay.

Location was excellent.
Overall the Carriage House Country Club was sad. You can tell that at one time it was nice but is now in desperate need of renovation. Built in planters are now just troughs of dirt and trash. Public hot tub is stained yellow. There's no bar or restaurant. Everything is extremely dated. It is not as it hath been of yore...

The staff was super nice and helpful.
It was dirty. There was trash all around the pool. The games were old and run down.

No hot water for a while in the room , and reservation was almost lost but was amended by staff

The pool, hot tub, the royal suite, good heating
We had to take our own trash out, smoking was not allowed outside in private balcony, you have to pay for games in game room. The pool table games had missing balls and you had to pay to play them, it had no cocktail bar, the bathroom shower needed an upgrade, we had to pay for an upgrade to our room because the room promised on booking.com was not the room that they had available primarily, towel schedule was also no good.

The pool area was great. Located right near Kalahari. It is in a convenient location.
The hot tub control needs to be identified better than just a dial on the wall near the entry.
