This was my second stay at the waterside, being located in North Beach is practical, close to quieter beaches and the hotel is near a grocery store if you wish to cook/keep snacks. It is also close to a laundromat if needed. The restaurants nearby close late as well. I do prefer the north/surfside of Miami but you have around the corner transit options that can easily take you to south beach and Aventura.
The pool was being repaired the week I was there, unfortunate timing. The rooms are basic, pretty certain my bedframe was broken, the wifi is slow at certain times and doesnt reach well in all the room. Not ideal if youre working remotely.

Location is ok . But they took my deposit and still didnt send back to my account. I supose they will stay with my money. $ 100,00 hundred dollars still not in my account.

The fire alarm went off all night and kept me from sleeping.
