I liked the view, the pool, proximity to the beach, parking right outside of our room.
I couldn't get the fireplace to give off heat. But I didn't know there would be a fireplace in the unit so I don't count that against them. Also, thin walls.

Its location near the ocean and the cleanliness
Well the parking lot is small so if you go out at night and come a little late theres no parking spots anymore!
