Nothing loved it

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, squeaky clean, spacious rooms, outdoor bathtubs , spectacular rooftop restaurant, pool sunbeds under the shade and bikes available for guests free of charge . Very courteous staff!

The room was spacious and quiet. The beds are comfortable. The restaurant food and drinks was good. The pool was on the smaller side, but nice.

Not the experience you would expect from a hotel claiming to be 4 stars and charging you a 4 star hotel rate. The room wasn't cleaned well. The outlets near the bed didn't work and were never fixed. The private outside bathtub was dirty and when we asked for it be cleaned, a worker came in (without any cleaning products) to "clean" it. He said they don't use any cleaning products (even between guests) to clean the tub and only use hot water - so definitely did not use it during our stay. The room safe was broken. The chairs by the pool filled up by 10am on weekends. Staff was unhelpful and clueless.
