Only one shower and no exhaust in the bathroom with shower.

But over all everyone else we meet was very nice! And we had a lot of privacy no problem other then Karen next door...we will be coming back to ami just in a different neighborhood....

We did enjoy our stay at the tree house. The only problem we had was the Karen next door....she was very rude not friendly at all and that's sad when you have your kids with you and they ask mom why don't that lady like us...so because of the Karen problem my kids was walking on eggshells...not cool at all she threatened to call the police on us for talking after 9pm just sad...oh and the one shower was not enough for us to share..but it is a beautiful place to visit 😊

Love the "tree house" unit... made us feel like we were actually living up in a tree house. The interior is very inviting, airy and clean. Great location. Highly recommended.

The thermostat went down to a certain temperature. At times, it was a bit too warm.

This cute place is perfectly located! Central and only a few blocks from the beach. So many great beach items were provided for us to borrow which was a great surprise as well. We loved having space to spread out, cook, and relax. Highly recommend.

There’s an occasional waft of sulfur smell from the east which we thought was rotting seaweed, maybe? This is obviously not the property’s fault and was not a dealbreaker for us. The value and comfort of this place is so great, so it’s worth it.

It was very cute and met our needs.

The only thing I would change is the drapes in the master bedroom should not be sheer. I wish they kept out light better and provided more privacy.

Kitchen was great! Quiet neighborhood. Justin responded quickly and competently to any small issues. Loved the layout of the house.

We would have liked more lamps for reading. No lamp in second bedroom. Also, making electrical outlets more accessible. Guest bedroom mattresses are uncomfortable. While kitchen is lovely, it needs a good straightening, and a set of matching silverware. Just little details...

Wonderful location. Very clean inside.

Maybe I would remove the area rug and kitchen rug....How clean are they(?)
