I needed more fresh fruit at breakfast. I think the money we spent each night warranted a banana at least or pears or oranges. Apples everyday especially now that they are not in season was disappointing

Everything! The hotel exceeded expectations.

Rooms were so clean. Comfy beds. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Pool is nice.

TV is about the only thing

The shower no pressure, hot water barley, the ac was off every time we came back , the coffee and the breakfast, and the bed was uncomfortable

It was clean rooms and quiet. Which is nice. Love that they offer complimentary cookies around lunch time So good.

The pool area looked like it needed reconstruction because the floor was coming apart and probably could cut someone's foot. Breakfast was okay but could be better! For example, one day they had frozen waffles. You toast it but the part that was terrible was the waffle was extremely sugary. I believe it had sugar crystals on it. So even putting syrup was just too much.

Beautiful, clean hotel. The bed was so comfortable, nice shower, loved the Paul Mitchell amenities, as well as it was just a cute clean comfortable and nice room. I enjoyed the apples, juices, yogurt, granola, and coffee most of all.

Paying $133 when I was quoted 104 w/tax. I paid for parking with no car attached. I came by drop off and left by Uber. The waffles are not great as they are precooked and had a sweet crystalized sugar to them that was too sweet when you put syrup not knowing. The old fashioned let me do it myself is what I missed, and I burnt my fingertips on them pulling them out the toaster because it didn't look like it was cooking during or by the look of the waffles, but it was scorching hot on one side of it, and the hard boiled eggs were like rubber.

I like this place a lot. The bed was comfy, good tv channels, bathroom and shower was very big. The small kitchen was perfect to make some food when needed. Also the city was about 12 minutes and the outlets about 15 minutes. everything was close by and the price of the stay was perfect.

I liked the place. Nothing that I would dislike.

The place has a lot of good potential. It's a pity that they have it so poorly maintained and dirty.

There was literally food under the sofa-bed mattress, and it was extremely dirty. We didn't want even to touch it. Huge stains on the sofa. There was pizza all spread on the corridor carpet. Unbelievable. The room wasn't even ready for us. We booked a room for 4. We didn't get the sofa bed prepared, neither got enough towels and bed sheets. When asked the personal to provide the missing towels they had a very bad attitude. The hotel refused to compensate.

Even though I specifically reserved 1 bedroom room, they changed my room when I arrived there. This was an awful experience.

This place.whem we first started staying there was exceptional. But now they have raised the prices and lowered the experience. The breakfast is.poor. The lady doing the breakfast is rude and doesn't keep the food stocked for breakfast.

The beds are not comfortable and the last few times we stayed there the rooms.werr not cleaned and stocked. They said they were having problems with house keeping. But the value of the hotel as a whole has declined unfortunately. This used to be our favorite place to stay. But we have started looking for a new hotel to stay at when we visit. We stayed there for a little over 2 weeks and the grounds were never mowed or cleaned. The exercise room was not kept up. Half of the equipment was not in working conditions. The air conditioner in the exercise room did not turn on. The elevator had issues with the buttons to push them to go to the other floors. It was like this over a year ago when we stayed there. The beds were not comfortable. We had to ask for more shampoo because they didn't put enough in the room. They were all out of blankets because they said the house cleaners didn't get them washed.
