TownePlace Suites by Marriott Altoona

The suite was great with all the amenities for a great stay. I stayed one night and got in late and got up early.

The bed was par at best.

Outdoor patio and the pool were very relaxing. The fitness center was the best I have ever seen in a hotel.

Room could have been cleaner. The large mirror in the living room was covered in streaks.

I liked that the property offered many different facilities such as an indoor pool, bbq grills, free breakfast, and a fitness center. I also liked how all the staff I’ve talked to were friendly and willing to help in any situation.

I didn’t like the cleanliness of the property. When I first got to my room I saw crumbs on the kitchen counter, hand prints all over the body mirror, and a very bad odor in the kitchen. The elevators are all dirty and have hand prints all over for the whole time we were staying, the pool smells and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while with all the stuff floating in it and it’s bad odor. The grills outside are all disgusting and look like they’ve never been cleaned; they all have burnt food on the grill screens which make you lose your appetite just looking at it.
