Everything was quite comfortable from the towels to the beds.

Staff didn’t convey much info at check in which may have been due to a language barrier? I wish I’d known we wouldn’t have any cleaning for the duration of the stay. Ran out of soaps and had towels and garbage overflowing.

We parked on the main road when they have underground parking with a lift that will take you directly to your hotel floor

The location of the hotel in proximity to the downtown area. It was within walking distance. The gym facilities were very clean. I appreciate that it was open 24 hours a day also.

ski season just ended, Hotel occupancy was very low but so unsure why we were given room next to elevator, noise.

They charge $19 to park your car in their garage.

The location was great! Room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good and they had several options.

Excellent selection at Breakfast, great location and really handy shuttle bus with great staff and service throughout (inc bus)

Customer Service was terrible. I requested for my room to be cleaned daily and it was not! I had to call almost daily to ensure my room was cleaned and even then only the trash was taken out on one of those days. The beds are hard and too small felt like a twin bed. I booked 2 rooms, one was charged to the card I presented at check in and the other was debited out of another credit card which caused an inconvenience for me. Because I noticed how unorganized the staff was I requested a printout of my bill which showed $0 balanced, i knew then something was wrong. I made the lady aware and she looked confused and assured me it was correct. She said I would be getting a detailed bill by emailed. I never did because they typed up my email incorrectly. Please take your money somewhere else.
