Die Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage der beliebten Apartments in Puerto Estepona. Es hat eine großartige Aussicht direkt auf das Meer und einen großen privaten Dachgarten, der zum Entspannen in der Sonne ausgestattet ist. Es gibt einen großen Gemeinschaftspool mit separatem Kinderbecken, gemeinschaftlich angelegten Gärten und einfachen, sicheren Parkplätzen für ein kleines Auto (etwas, das in der Hochsaison kaum zu finden ist). Das Penthouse besteht aus einem klimatisierten Wohn- / Esszimmer mit vollem britischen TV einschließlich Sky und mehreren internationalen Kanälen, Filmen und Serien, Radio / CD und DVD-Player sowie einer Highspeed-WLAN-Verbindung. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Kühl- / Gefrierschrank. Eine der häufigsten Bemerkungen, die wir von Gästen erhalten, ist "wie gut die Wohnung ausgestattet ist". Der Balkon verfügt über einen Tisch mit vier Stühlen und bequemen Liegen. Das Zweibettzimmer verfügt über ein gegenüberliegendes Badezimmer, während das Doppelzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt. Der Dachgarten ist exklusiv für die Wohnung. Es ist mit Sonnenliegen, verschiedenen Pflanzen, einem Essbereich und einem gasbetriebenen Grill ausgestattet. Dies ist über externe Stufen von der Wohnung aus zugänglich. Die gesamte Wohnung ist voll klimatisiert mit einem effizienten und modernen System. Alles in allem ein tolles Ferienhaus!

First time to Estepona and loved it!! Firstly, Martin on reception was very helpful on arrival, chatty and friendly. Didn't catch the other gentleman's name in reception but he was very helpful too. Such a lovely apartment, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only wish we had more time there! The balcony is ample size with loungers and table & chairs, and a lovely view of the sea. The roof terrace is very private and huge! We only used it once during our stay as it was too hot up there. The pool area is clean and very quiet, again only used that once. The only negative is the car park...spaces are 'very' tight.Fantastic location, have the choice of many restaurants/bars on the marina which is just around the corner, CORAL roof top bar, which is right at the end above the sailing club do cocktails and the view is amazing!! well worth a visit. Or a 20 min stroll via the promenade will take you to the 'old town'. That is another world! Very quaint with cobbled streets, lovely boutique shops, tapas bars, restaurants, and lovely little 'squares' to just sit and people watch! Such a relaxed vibe to the whole place.Cant wait to return. Loved it!

It’s been 8 years since our first trip to Estepona. We booked the apartment knowing the area, the facilities included and reviews from previous guests.
Communication was great, we were advised of maintenance work over running meaning the outside pool would be sadly unavailable, whilst disappointed we were appreciative of the advanced notice. Worth staying watching the work over the week the pool will be such a fantastic space to enjoy for those who book in the future.
Check in was prompt and information shared on the apartment, parking and area. We were able to drop our luggage slightly earlier whilst the apartment was being serviced. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job and were very thorough. This is one of the cleanest apartments we have stayed at.
Loved the apartment, well equipped, spacious and welcoming. Super quiet and felt really safe and secure.
Will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate at all in recommending this apartment to others.

This penthouse property is in a great location with fantastic views. Just across the road is a large Carrefour store with everything you need. A five minute walk and you are in the Port with a great variety of restaurants, and the old town of Estepona is about a 30 minute walk (worth the walk) The property itself has everything you need, with the added bonus of an additional balcony just off the lounge. The penthouse balcony was huge with a great balcony for entertaining. Would definitely recommend.

We arrived early hours of the morning and collected the keys from a post box. Instructions to the apartment were good.The property needs updating though the online photos are a true representation. The view of the port is stunning.There were a few disappointments; there were broken tables and chairs on the terrace. These should be removed and replaced. We found the floors of the apartment to be dirty. They appeared to be vacuumed but not mopped. The curtains in the bedroom were torn and shabby. The bed was stained and the sheets had holes in them. The roof terrace had many dead plants in broken pots.This is a lovely property in a stunning location but it needs some attention to bring it up to standard.
