Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando At SeaWorld by IHG - With Free Shuttle Service to SeaWorld Parks

One night stay for our son

Breakfast running out of food

This could be long. I have to say this was one of the best places I have stayed. From the moment I walked in, the hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel was shining. Very nice access to sister hotel that had an outstanding tiki bar, and they're wings definitely best Buffalo Wild wings across the street. Near by Firehouse Subs, Starbucks, KFC, all great! Now, to mention the housekeeping staff. Exceptional job! Actually, I saw them cleaning the refrigerator, replacing microwaves, touch up painting after each guest. It's just a beautiful place that I will return to. Wonderful breakfast, perfect place, perfect stay.

Going during the week was more relaxing. Come Friday and Saturday, it gets busy, and breakfast is crowded. There are no coffee pots in the room and only two at breakfast. Makes for waiting as they are coffee grinding machines. Breakfast staff had difficulty on the weekend keeping food full.

It was close to where we were heading

Having to pay for parking

The location of the property is great for out of town travelers

There was hair in my bed , there was no Shuttle provided, customer service didn’t want to be bothered with assistance of where the Shuttle was, I also was given incorrect information I was told that a shuttle would also be available to be picked up and dropped off to Orlando airport and that wasn’t true it caused me a problem because I spent a lot of money on uber and Lyft rides and if I new there would be no shuttle service I would have rented a car.and the breakfast did have a lot of options but it wasn’t good . I also got charged full price even though I had a very late check in. I ended up spending a lot of money and I was inconvenienced by not getting transportation.
