No breakfast was included. We had our own kitchen.

Only one bathroom for 5 of us ladies. But we managed quite well.

EVERYTHING except the upstairs bed.

The upstairs bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.

The whole stay was great! They even left us a bunch of flowers and a dog treat after we arrived!

I liked everything.

Close to everything including the water.

Location to down town and restaurants. On the water with pier.

Rooms dated with very old furniture. Air conditioners old and covered in dust and cobwebs. The condensation from air conditiner outside of our door was green mold on the cement. Dust bunnies and cobwebs all around ceilings and walls. This place has potential. Owners need to invest some profits on major updates.

I have stayed here previously in one of the lofts with a spiral staircase and had a great stay. This was not the case this time.

Book this room, several months in advance and brag to my friends how great this location and facility was. We arrived and took all of our stuff upstairs to the unit. Upon entering the unit one of my friends noticed that there was a large fan in the middle of the floor in the bedroom. There was a leak coming from the ceiling into the bedroom and Property management attempted to hide it with a large fan. There was a huge pool of water on the floor. I went downstairs and brought it to their attention and they said oh we were having air-conditioning issues but it’s fixed now. Clearly it was not fixed as there was still water dripping from the ceiling onto the floor. I asked to be switched to a different room to which I was told there were none available. I was then told they would “try” to fix it and it would take them about an hour. Both the woman in the office and the gentleman that she called to take a look at it acted as if I was being unreasonable by not wanting a room where there was water leaking from the ceiling. In the short time we were in the room, which was 82° as we stood there, we also noticed that the kitchen chairs were broken And the room was definitely in disrepair. Based on the reactions from the staff, I decided that I would like to take my money and my business elsewhere. I asked for a refund and booked a different room up the street this cost me several hundred dollars more seeing as it was last minute. check i. was to be on a Friday and check out Monday. I did not receive my refund until Wednesday of the following week. As I stated above, I had stayed here previously and had a great stay, but I believe it was room number four and this time I was given room number two.  this room needs a complete upgrade before it should continue to be rented to people.
