The location to Palm Canyon Drive and all it has to offer was in walking distance. We basically left our car parked and walked everywhere we needed to go. The view of the mountains from the pool was spectacular. The staff was great and the rooms and pool area were super clean. The Three Fifty had everything we were looking for. We will be back.

We loved the retro-modernist style of this little hotel and the palms over the pool as well as the interior/furnature of our room. Also that all was centred about the pool. Breakfast was included and we had to go to a boutique hotel on the other side of the road for it; there was a choice of very nice options. Also we could walk to many locations. The owner was exceptionally friendly and supportive.

Great location. Bed was comfortable. Very clean
Floor in the bathroom was peeling up from moisture. Bathroom window was stuck open in 100+ temps. Bathroom plugin didn’t work. Only had multi plug in the bedroom and when I tried to use my hairdryer it kept clicking off.
