Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Camas by IHG

The staff was great, the bed was excellent, overhall the hotel was wonderful.

We were charged extra for a two hour early arrival. Our stay was for three days and our departure time was for 5:00am on the last day. No other hotel has charged us an early check- in fee when the room is already vacant and clean.

The ease of stsying there

Their breakfast could use some help.

Breakfast was fine, potatoes could be cooked more and real bacon would be cool, not everyone is sold on turkey everything, they do have pork sausage everyday either links or paddy, but don't offer real bacon, and should.

Coffee makers in the room, they didn't have and most people, including myself don't like the inconvenience of having to get dressed in order to have a cup of coffee, and they say it's to save on plastic cups in landfills, and then they have plastic cups in the bathroom for water, and some more plastic cups for the ice bucket that hardly gets used. Coffeee more important, in my humble opinion.

Beds were comfortable.

Booking shows check in as 3pm but it’s not until 4pm. Plus months ago I put in a request for early check in and was told they would try. Got there at noon and was told room could be ready at 2pm. Came back at 1:50 and was told it wouldn’t be ready. Told front desk I was disappointed because need to leave for an anniversary party by 2:30. And she said she would ask the manager. Came back a few minutes later and said could be ready in 10 minutes but would need to pay an extra $25. I agreed but felt like it was a scam. Later when got back at 8:30pm realized didn’t have shower curtain or bath mat. Had to request. Got shower curtain dropped off.
