The cleanliness

The staff. The attendant that checked me, charged me an extra $200 deposits for incident fee.

The complimentary breakfast was very good. A lot of options to choose from also. The location was in the heart of the city so everything was petty much walking distance.

This was our second time staying with this chain of hotel (different cities) and it did not disappoint. As soon as we walked in the front door we were reminded why we chose to stay here. The staff=amazing and welcoming, the breakfast =very good, a variety to chose from, the cleanliness =A+ all around! The location=good and convenient. We would recommend staying here to anyone

No complaints for anything

The hotel is nice and an amazing location for our occasion (a concert literally across the street).

We arrived at check-in time, and there was a very long line of people. We did not end up getting checked into our room until three hours after check-in, and the staff did not communicate with the very long line of people what was going on/why there was such a delay (reportedly rooms were not cleaned on time, and the hotel was overbooked). Once we got checked in and into our room, it was great. But waiting three hours in the lobby with no idea if the hotel I'd booked far in advance was going to have a room for us...that was a nail biter.
