We liked the location since it was so close to the beach. Also the parking was convenient. It was nice being able to use the motel facilities as well. Staff treated us well.

House was moldy. When we first walked in the doorknob was practically off the door and AC's where not working at first. It was not very clean either.

Location was great, only 1 block from the boardwalk and beach

"Onsite" parking means parking at the motel across the street. House had a mildewy smell and was pretty grimy. There is one couch with no back cushions and only small table with 1 chair in kitchen.

definately needs an update …. and a better cleaning crew.

The picture looked better then the actual rental. The bedding was old and worn on all beds. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty I refused to take a shower the 2nd floor sink was stopped up the entire time. There were ant's that invaded the entire kitchen couldn't even use that area. These properties really need to be overall updated for the price you pay per night. The only plus was the location it was about 2 blocks up from the boardwalk. Otherwise this is not a place to stay if you are looking for comfort and cleanliness.
