Meadow Lake Resort & Condos

It was in an excellent location. For the price it had everything that we needed and more. It was a wonderful place to stay.

The bed were not super comfortable

We enjoyed the size of the unit. Lots of room to spread out and be comfortable. Loved the deck overlooking the golf course where we enjoyed a glass of wine and watching the deer. We especially loved the large hot tub under the stars in the evening after a full day of exploring the area.

It was all good.

I really wanted to love our stay at Meadow Lake Resort, especially because the staff was absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful, welcoming, and truly the bright spot of our experience. Unfortunately, the property itself was disappointing. It is clearly an older property, and our unit felt very dated and in serious need of updating. While it was clean, the overall condition and appearance felt worn and, frankly, a little gross in places. The biggest surprise was our patio. It literally connected to or looked directly onto the rooftop of the neighboring building, which was not at all what we expected when imagining a relaxing resort patio. It definitely took away from the experience and wasn't an inviting place to sit and enjoy the surroundings. I want to emphasize that cleanliness was not the issue, and the staff couldn't have been better. They were wonderful and deserve recognition for the level of service they provided. But the accommodations themselves simply did not live up to what we expected from a resort stay. With some significant updating and attention to the guest spaces — particularly the units and outdoor areas — this property could offer a much better experience. Unfortunately, based on our particular unit and stay, we were disappointed.
