Ocean view was nice, pool was well maintained and area was clean.

So many things, we came in day entire island lost power, there was no boardwalk either until Sunday when we were leaving had to check in in the 95 degree heat, when no AC, lights, No food anywhere because everything was shut down, so told manager was asthmatic and cannot breathe in the heat and humidity so we would have to leave wildwood area until power came back. He was unapologetic or sympathetic at all. I told him I would be reaching out to find out when power came back, I called several times and left a message, I emailed begging someone to let us know if power was back, well no one ever did ! So we came back around 2am to find there was no parking spot for us in the lot all street parking was pay meters so called emergency number on the door and went straight to voicemail, so I left a not so nice message and we had no choice but to park in front of the office where the yellow painted lines were and my husband went down there in the morning to have a chat with the manager, he didn’t seem to care and just said it happens a lot when other people have guests! Our contract says 1 spot per unit is guaranteed . The power was on when we came back, however the manager lied saying it came back in at 4pm and truth is it was in more like 7:30-8pm. We lost an entire day of our 2 day stay. No one bothered to call us back at all! No parking, uncaring manager and the ocean view room was not worth the almost 600.00 we had to shell out for it! The rooms floor was filthy, my feet were black I had to wear flip flops in the room, the handle or closet was broken, the over counter microwave had power but didn’t cook anything, they had another microwave in underneath cabinet we had to take up and plug in! We went to beach on Saturday all day came back to shower to find no water coming out of bathroom faucet when you turn handles and handle was about to fall off. I have video showing this.

Location and staff were great! The room was clean and comfortable. Price was a great deal. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the pool especially my 3 kids! The walk to the beach was short and easy! The rooms were big and had everything we needed

The TV in the bedroom area didn't work , which sucked but we worked around it

Not enough parking. Didn't have enough towels. Needs upgrades.

Location was great, the room was large and clean, pool was beautiful!

People smoking on the balconies. Also, it took us a while to figure out how to turn on the tv. Turns out it wasn’t plugged in! Our fault for not noticing this, but after a long day of traveling and in the sun we didn’t expect to move furniture to troubleshoot the tv at 11pm. Suggest to plug in the tv before guests check in.

Perfect location at the quieter end of the crest. Smaller room but very clean

The only negative thing I could say was that there is only one way to get to the upper deck and that is through the pool gates. They are locked when the pool is closed so you can not access it. I wanted to go up with a glass of wine at night or my morning coffee and could not

Bathroom , there is a very tiny sink and no accessory's (only soap)
