The room was nice. Carpet was beat. Bathroom very impressive and beds are comfortable. All in all a nice room.

There is a large hidden charge that is not on the reservation process nor in the policies. While it is understandable that a fee may be due for any charged directly to the customer for damage or missing items, it does not say how much and what that process is. Other hotel chains generally charge this way but only $25-$20 and some just include it in the agreement that any damage will be charged to the card on file. HOWEVER, surprise, when we checked in we had another $150 charged to our account for "incidentals". This results in the loss of $150 available funds on the card, which in our case put a crimp on the vacation plans. Not everyone has a bottomless pit of available funds and this one surprised us. There is nothing at all about this on your website or rates page. As of now, I am out of $150 while I wait for the hold to be released by the bank because of this. Very unhappy on the lack of transparency from a chain like Hilton.

Exercise room was nice Breakfast option okay

Housekeeping every other day. Repeated calls to get housekeeping to come. Booked for 2 weeks so of course I needed extra toiletries and bath towels. Was a hassle just to get basic necessities. I checked out almost a week early. Pool room smells like 8 tons of bleach. Water for tea in the lobby was never hot No real privacy in the business area. Wanted to use it for a zoom meeting.

Large parking lot, wasn’t crowded and they have free Tesla chargers on site so that made it extremely convenient. Complimentary breakfast every morning is good along with the fitness center and indoor pool.

The hallway for our room smelled awful. Like mildew and it was strong. Toilet paper holder was broke and shower head was coming off the wall.

We don’t often stay in hotels but Hampton is our choice because of our wonderful experience at another property. We stayed at this one several years ago and it was fine. This time? The last time! The carpet (squares) in the room had gaps. Get your money back from whoever laid that flooring. The breakfast area, well, you get what you pay for. I had a piece of toast and went to a diner for breakfast. If we were staying more than 1 night we would have found someplace else for the second night

The breakfast was good, room was clean

The shower head was horrible and needs changed, we could hear the people above us walking and stomping all night, and the bed wasn't very comfortable

The hotel was like a 15 minute ride to Atlantic City.

The hotel is old and its not like the Hampton Inn hotels I'm use to. My linens on my bed were stained.
