Close proximity to my needs

We got off I75 late evening and needed a one night stay. We looked at Booking.com availability, drove to the hotel and walked in to see if we can make a reservation. There was nobody at the front desk, we waited without ringing the bell. We noticed one person lying on the dining room bench. After we started talking louder, the gentleman got up and came to help. He told us that there are no vacancies. We explained to him that I could reserve on line, he said that Booking.com is erroneous. We drove through the almost empty parking lot, decided to made the reservation on line at Booking.con.

The location and the cleanliness of the hotel. the rooms were very spacious, the breakfast also had a good variety

I don’t have any complaints

The facility itself, the room was clean and smelled normal. Professional staff and the hotel was quiet and peaceful.

After checkout, I noticed a charge that was not disclosed in the guest notices. I called numerous times ( 3-4 exactly ) and found that annoying. I sent an email and the charge was removed. All in all, I'd stay again as I enjoyed my stay but will inquire in advance about possible charges.

The breakfast was good and stocked well very hot rooms very clean

I didn't like the room I got on the site I booked showed a total different room and they didn't do anything to make it right
