Very clean and beds were so comfortable. Mattress was not saggy at all!. Easy access to beach and staff were all kind. We invested in breakfast passes, I wouldn't recommend for options provided especially if you have kids. Food ordered was very good, though!
Shower temperature was not predictable. There were multiple lukewarm showers where water just never warmed up and then there were 1 or 2 preferred temperature showers. There's still construction out front, not hotels fault, but it limits walkability and ease of getting in and out. Limited food menus makes breakfast pass not worth it.

The location and amenities.
Paying $20 per night for parking. Also I thought I booked & paid for a room with a balcony. I had no balcony.
Restaurant was short staffed so seating, ordering, and being served was lengthy.

Liked the location to beach. Staff was friendly especially Maggie and Maurice, close to eating places n to Destin. The pools were nice and outdoor bar
The construction, the Wi-Fi wasn’t good, the drinks weren’t good at bar inside, long walk to our room

Staff were awesome!
the wall behind the toilet in the bathroom needs to be repainted or replaced, the. The shower curtain needs to be replaced with doors. The table in between the two beds was halfway to the floor and needed to be propped up. Smoking section, look I get it, smoking is bad, but people who will pay to stay there should not be shunned to a little corner next to the dumpsters. And why is there a need to charge people to park! As a Travel Advisor, I would not book any clients there.
