I loved the location. Right across from the beach. It was so great for a family vacation. We just woke up and went to the beach, walked back for lunch, then went back to the beach. The beach that was across the street was no crowded, there is no parking close to this beach, so many tourists don't go to it. It was perfect for a chill vacation. If you want to do walk out snorkeling, just take the bus for 9 minutes to Ullua beach. They condo had all the necessary beach equipment. The snorkle gear and boogie board were great!! I was surprised at how big it was, more than enough room for me and my family.

The only issue was there wasn't any paper towel or kitchen towels when we got there. BYO paper towel.

The location was really great and we were in building A which had a beautiful view of the ocean. The facility was clean and extremely well supplied and stocked. I’ve never seen a rental condo so loaded with beach equipment and cooking supplies.I especially like the fact that I didn’t have to run out to get again by a salt and pepper to season my breakfast.

I did not care for the overly complex cooling system with a timer. It was not obvious how to turn it on and keep it on. Likewise the wiring for the upstairs TV was crazy and once I plugged in my CPAP we could not turn on the TV. I would also recommend upgrading the furnishings. The very heavy wood carved furniture is less than appealing and hard to clean. In addition the cushions were not that comfortable indicating many years of use.The cooling was also funky on the second floor if you desire privacy in the two bedrooms. Since it was hot the middle shared bathroom remains hot because there wasn’t any air-conditioning for it.

The location was great.

I liked the location across from the Kamole Beach.

So many things. The unit was advertised as a 2 bdrm/2 bth. Its a 2 bdrm/1 1/2 bath. No mention that all bedrooms are upstairs. I was traveling with people who had a difficult time with stairs. Kitchen not completely furnished. Unit not very well maintained. I made a list three pages long on issues and gave to the property manager. When I called booking.com they said they couldn't help me with this unit. Very disappointing.

Only one shower and it was just adequate. Water pressure was weak. The fan didn't seem to do much. No AC in the upstairs bath so it was like a sauna.

Location

The unit was not cleaned properly. Ants and bugs everywhere including the bathroom and bed. Bath tub with black stains.. Rusted coffee maker. The pillow smells of bad old sweat. Dirty dishes from previous stay unattended to, smelled in unit. Dust on TV, doors and painting on the walls. Upon contacting the agent, we were advised that "they don't always have time to clean between guests". Why charge us $250 cleaning fee if you will not clean the unit? That is appalling especially during Covid-19. And they had the nerve to email us to make sure we clean and load the washer before we leave. What is the $250 charge for?

Pros: AMAZING location. The condo is across the street from a beautiful beach and is a 1 minute walk. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to multiple restaurants and take-out. Beach chairs and towels were in the condo and we were able to use them on the island. Kitchen and kitchen ware was included so you’re able to cook the entire stay. Strong AC units. Has a shaded patio downstairs and has perfect view of the beach. Patio in masters bedroom that has view of the beach. The Assigned parking spot is in front of the condo. Usable Laundry is inside the condo.

Cons: The condo is on the older side and is outdated. We killed 2 cockroaches during our stay

The location was great. It is just across the street from Kam II beach, easy walking distance to many restaurants, and easy to get to the main road to Kahalui. The pools were fine and we took advantage of the tennis court on-site.

One of the bedroom ac units was out of service for most of the stay.
