the television was very small for the space and the unit definitely needs a large fry pan

location was great, close to shop, supermarkets and restaurants!

Location is great, close to a few beaches within walking distance.

Awesome location and perfect communication from the company managing the rental. The unit has a door code so no need to collect keys. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off on the way home from the beach.

This unit is old & tired and they are not trying to be good hosts. The toilet paper was single ply, there were only 2 towels in the bathroom even though we booked for 3 people, and both the bed and sofa bed were so old and so uncomfortable. There was a sign on the lanai so that guests don't hang their towels from the railing, which is completely understandable. But they didn't provide a line or a rack to dry our towels, even though it's across the street from the beach -- what are they expecting? The bathtub was so dirty with old grime (needs refinishing) that it wasn't suitable for a kid to take a bath. There is barely any light in the living room and we had to work to figure out how to make the lamps work. In the living room they put the couch right in front of the AC so you can't sit there while it's on without getting a blast of cold air in your face.

Location is good, across the beach.

No air condition in the bedroom. Sofa mattress is not comfortable, can feel the springs. Had to sleep on the sofa itself instead of pulling the mattress out. Kitchen is small but we didn’t do much cooking. Would be nice to have a light by the door to more easily see the numbers for the key code especially at night.

The management company, AA Oceanfront Rentals, was very detailed and helpful, both before and during our trip. The location of the unit in South Kihei was great!

If you like keeping the windows open, the sound from people using the pool could sometimes get very loud.

Everything was great! Loved it!
