Location was good. Vacasa is not taking good care of this property. Feel bad for the owners receiving bad reviews when it is Vacasa that is coming up short.

The house had not been cleaned upon check in time. Smoke alarms going off because of low batteries, no response from Vacasa for 2 days....Hot tub was murky & gross. Would never trust my own rental property to Vacasa. This was a fiasco....every email of Vacasa has this on the bottom of page "Local support | Seamless check-in | Quality cleaning" - and they grossly failed on each front. I would not EVER trust or do business with VACASA ever again. At check in time time the house was not cleaned - garbage cans full of garbage in kitchen & bathrooms, gross dishes, poopy kid jammies under bed....I would have left if I could have. The cleaning lady was there for 1 hr trying to clean while I was forced to wait in a messy space, she actually did not want me to come in. But the place was paid for already, it was raining and cold outside and my other option of waiting in the car after a 12 hr drive...not realistic either. The smoke alarms started beeping as they do with low batteries during that first hour - the cleaning gal said she is calling maintenance and that they will come - they did not 2 days. Ended up removing batteries in the middle of the night myself. The hot tub water was very murky and low, again i reached to their local support and they did not respond for 2 days. My stay was 3 days...the local manager on day 3 could only muster that she had the last 2 days off. She offered some kind of refund, but would tell me how much or when, etc. I asked for documentation of this many times, all I got was a run around. Now it is day 5 after I left and of course there is no refund nor communication other than bombardment of emails asking for a review. Beware of Vacasa listings, they are not doing their homeowners any service, in fact are hurting their homeowners.

A little dated, but comfortable

Took awhile to figure out the television. Only able to use Netflix (if you have an account) or the DVD player. Lists TVs in the bedrooms, but that is untrue. The upstairs tub/shower had a slow drain.

Such an amazing view. Clean and comfortable. So wonderful to be within walking distance of the beach and the center of town. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful location! Cozy house!

It wasn't a big deal to us that we had to go to the neighbors to borrow some dishwasher detergent and there was only one laundry pod! There was also only one coffee filter as the coffee maker they had took a counter filter and one the other ones they had in the cabinet were for a basket! Other than having to go hunt down some necessary supplies we had a great time!

Location is close and within walking distance to the beach and shops of manzanita. Sitting in a hot tub that’s covered from the rain and watching the ocean was ideal!

Some of the features of the house did not work or partially worked. The pellet stove the fan worked but stove never lit. Dishwasher would only work on light washing setting. Found dishes and cups in the cabinet that were visibly dirty.
