Mountain View Suites

I loved the building and decor . Staff was super sweet and helpful and I love the area.

The MVS is a very convenient location! Walkable to downtown Jim Thorpe !

The back stairs could use to be redone the neighbor on one side was fantastic friendly very helpful. Unfortunately the neighbor on the other side was up at 6 AM in the morning. They were arguing and Kirsten terribly.

The shower had good water pressure. I liked being able to come and go from the second floor and the parking was good.

The property was a bit run down and the neighborhood was questionable. I was awakened a few times by the neighbors on their adjoining porch (the inn is half of a double home) smoking cigarettes and screaming obscenities at each other. There was no staff on the property. Water stains on the ceiling. The lights in the hallways were too dim and some were not functioning. The toilet bowl was stained and the shower had mold in it and was also leaking onto the bathroom floor. The bed was fine but the bedding was cheap and not up to a good standard. The television was difficult to function and had no instructions.
