Lovely location, near all public transports, quiet building with well looked after amenities.

Poor services by the host, no shampoo/conditioner, no additional toilet paper, no coffee although the coffee machine was available, no even a bottle of drinking water.

Great location and very comfortable and very clean. Free parking right next to elevator was convenient. Washer and dryer in unit was great since I did bring my own tide pods (none is provided).

Made reservation through booking.com, not airbnb., so did not know this was an airbnb that did not have a front desk. Therefore, had to fix a set time to meet property manager to get keys rather than just show up within a time range; very disappointing because we wanted a leisurely drive down the Florida coast. Balconies are so small they are useless and had no chairs to use. Very sterile (in an unfriendly way, not clean way)...no maps or travel info or advice available like in a hotel. Told not to use front desk person because not supposed to be used as airBnb...we were "friends" of the owner. When I expressed these disappointments to manager, she was very condescending. Some specifics: Handle to balcony door off bedroom is broken off so could not use ( even though was too small anyway). Balcony door off living room broken and would not lock. Coffee maker is very old and lid is broken so falls off when pour (made a mess first time used it so beware!) No coffee provided. Early check out time (10:00 am). Water pressure in showers is awful...could not get shampoo out of hair.

Chris was a friendly hoster and helpful person. He helped us with a late checkout.

Everything was fine
