The location was nice lots of friendly people around!

Most all of the pots and pans and also the dishes had food residue on them ! Blind cords were missing in 3 of the rooms . No way to light a fire in back yard...grill was really rusted ( did not use ) ! Carpet was nasty !!! Kitchen rug was also dirty.I could go on but I will not.

Area was great. Layout was great. Loved the small family / tv room upstairs.

Main bed was super uncomfortable. Very saggy. House itself had a few issues. Base boards missing. Carpets were very dirty and old. Sinks wouldn’t drain properly in main bathroom. Not enough extras in kitchen like aluminum foil or plastic wrap and lighting in kitchen poor. Spice rack should be replaced and no pepper. We have stayed in many other Vrbo type homes in the past and this one fell short. We also don’t like to voice issues, but felt to assist others this had to be said.

The beds/pillows/linens were comfortable. There were ample towels. The kitchen was well equipped. The furnishings were comfortable and clean/new. Rocking chairs on the front porch were a nice touch.

The key box was difficult to access, and the door key was bent. Although the place was clean, we found a French fry on a dining chair. There were no trash bags in the kitchen. And, most importantly, there was NO toilet paper in one bathroom. I contacted the owner/Vacasa through the app for at least one roll of toilet paper and NO RESPONSE. It seems like a small thing. It was not!

A nice quiet neighborhood.

Only 2 bathrooms. Late check-in, 6pm. Fridge leaked. Windows wouldn't open for ventilation.

It was very clean and well kept. Felt like home when we walked in the door. Went here for a girls weekend with my mom and aunt and would love to come stay here again!

Only issue we had was the window in the upstairs bedroom facing the road had something wrong where it wouldn’t close all the way. But I called the rental company and they were super nice about it.
