Location by park was great.

Facilities and supplies met basic needs but I expected higher quality and more for rental cost. Response to problems was too slow.

The location was perfect and property was lovely!

The cottage was quirky and adorable. We loved the master bedroom, the porches, the park and playground across the street, and the easy walking distance to shops and dining. The main house is comfortably cozy, air conditioned, has one bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. Several of us battled for the window seat spot in which to read or nap. There's also a nice sofa, vinyl swivel/rocker recliner, and television with DVD player, and some board games. The adjacent studio is quite spacious, offering a set of twin bunk beds, a sofa, television and large bath with shower only.

The kitchen table in the house accommodated 4, yet the house maximum guest limit is 6, so if you have a full house of 6, which we did, 2 of us either had to stand while eating if we wanted to be together, or eat in shifts, or eat in various spots between the kitchen and porches. The studio, though clean and spacious, definitely had a musty smell. There is no air conditioning in that unit and the temperature was in the mid 90s during the day. Even with 5 fans of various sizes running day and night, it was still uncomfortably warm for sleeping. There were only 2 small windows to let in cool nighttime air which were of little help. If the entry door had a screen door that could be locked, that would help let in some evening air and perhaps help with the musty odor as well. Still, the folks in our group who slept in the studio were good sports and complained little, but if you have difficulty sleeping in hot, musty, poorly ventilated spaces and there's more than 2 of you, you might want to opt for another rental. However, if you have young kids, you can't beat the location to the park and playground!

Negative over shadowed the positive.

Paid two nights. Left after one night. Will never go back. Enough said.

The code for key box was not correct. Was only given the code for one key box when VACASA was called. Tried the code on the second key box but it did not work. We could only get into the main house with one bed/one bath. It was advertised as accommodating four. We had four ladies. We ended up sleeping two in the king size bed and two in the pull out sofa. This property is better suited for a couple and one/two children.

False advertising with it being two completely separate houses. Also would have wanted it to specify that it is bunk beds instead of two twin beds. Pics of second house not included. Dirty dishes in dishwasher.
