Nothing. This place needs to be BURNT to the ground and built again. Mold, mildew, bugs, stains, carpet, stained furniture, out dated appliances, absolutely disgusted. BBQ needs to be blown up. You would have a propane tank and a new BBQ. Outside was a NIGHTMARE. Disgusting

House bathrooms had been partially updated and were fine. Distance to beach was great and the view from upstairs was excellent. Tons of cooking pans and utensils, too bad the oven only went to 287 degrees.

Many things did not work, BBQ, oven, many lights either didn't work at all or had all burned out bulbs. Dehumidifiers in several rooms, all running on arrival with red warning lights FULL. Hours to get help from Vacasa.

Location excellent, rooms clean, met all expectations.

Being asked to start bedding laundry right before exiting.

It was very close to the beach, really enjoyed the view from the upper deck. Large parking area that fit our 2 vehicles very well and it was off the street. The Home was clean and had all utensils needed for our stay. Pet friendly, so we could bring our little pup along too.

The older, musty smell inside the main house was pretty strong. The same odor in the attached room where the laundry was however was 10x that odor and it was tough to get the load of laundry started for the cleaning crew the day we left! Pulling into the driveway is getting really tough also as the road is pulling away from the driveway and needs to have the large sunk in space filled as to not pop a tire or get stuck in the hole. The shower in the downstairs wouldn’t heat so someone hoping not to climb the steep small stairs wouldn’t be able to shower unless the downstairs shower gets hot water running to it. I’m sure the house is fine for others, it just wasn’t the best fit for our family.

Bushes need trimmed in front of house blocked the total view . need upgraded lamps .the living room wasn't very well lit .

I loved all the balconies! I also liked the new looking carpeting. it was comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with a large variety of kitchen tools!

There is a step from the dining room to the kitchen and I stubbed my toe. I ended up putting the dog bed in front of the step to remind me to be aware. (recommendation for repair: kitchen faucet has a leak at the base and the garbage disposal is questionable.)

Comfortable home with fireplace. Beds were comfortable.

Need some updated appliances, and minor fixes. Towel bar in bathroom and leak under kitchen sink.

Great for the four of us with three beds

Most of the blinds in the house need replacing.
