The location

There were no trash bags and empty garbage and the outside garbage had trash all over the ground.

Sunriver resort was excellent, including the miles of separated bike paths. The river was beautiful.

The property was old, outdated and in terrible shape. Safety issues included broken bike parts, broken balcony railing and a hair dryer that shocked people. The very old dryer did not work, window screens were missing, several windows did not open, dishwasher did not clean dishes, one toilet kept running, carpet was worn out, etc. When we arrived, there was trash In the garage, empty alcohol bottles / cans in the garage and one bedroom, etc. I paid over $1,000 per day for this very substandard property and asked Vacasa for a substantial refund.

I liked the location, the hot tub was super clean and very nice, the house itself is old. Everything else was fine though, Super comfortable beds and I loved the pillows!!! Plenty of towels also, that was very nice. The bikes were in good condition too, very nice!!!

The carpet was very dirty but we just wore slippers and there was only 1 medium frying pan. I just don't feel like I should have to bring my own pans when coming with my family for a holiday weekend. I Large frying pan seriously only costs $25 dollars and also not 1 cookie sheet, just wanted to make cookies with the grand daughters, we did find a pizza pan we were able to use.
