Great option for families. The appt we stayed has everything and more (A208). Good appliances, good furniture, excellent space. Very, very comfortable.

Building A parking isn't good. No room for all cars so you may need to park at the main parking building, 5 min walking from the appt.

The location is amazing, right on the golf course and so close to Whaler's Village with a view of the ocean. There is a general store right behind the unit, across the street, and the host provided coffee. We started each morning with coffee on the lanai, watching the golfers on hole 6 and then rode our bikes down to the beach and Whalers, which was less than ten minutes.

I honestly can't say there was anything we did not like about this property. The washer/dryer are on the smaller side, but it was nice to have those and worked well.

The location and property was clean, beautiful and accessible to most places and activities that we wanted to do… I would use it again!

The property management being offsite makes it difficult to handle emergency issues. We had a plumbing issue with a clogged sink and Vacasa was totally non-responsive for days, which made everything inconvenient. Once they have your money there is no recourse for resolution.
