Breakfast was totally lame. There weren't enough items and it wasn't refreshed on time.

Not a good part of town; homeless and others are always walking through the parking lot. Police patrol heavily which is good and bad. One elevator was out of service, so the wait was always extensive. A stranger was given our same room and key. He walked in on my stepmother. The front desk seemed like it was normal and no big deal. Very busy location, always a line at front desk.

air conditioner squeaked for most of the night, had to keep turning it off and then, when it got too warm and stuffy, turn it back on.

the room was not cleaned after the last guest. we found remains of Pizza and the carpet was dirty at some places and not vacuumed after the last guest. same goes with that bathroom thought the towels were replaced but the old soap and toiletries were still there :-(

The room was so comfy and cool, air conditioning worked great, there were 4 plush pillows that made sleep so comfy and the bed was the the best, not too firm or to soft. The pool was nice too. I missed breakfast but I will definitely stay here again.
