Location was hard to find! But okay once we found it.

The house is in bad shape. Luckily local property management was great and fast on helping us to switch to another house. Rhonda was amazing! Efficient and fast! We’re extremely happy with customer service. The other house was amazing!

Guarded area, neighbors were nice, AC worked well, home provided most things you need like toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen utensils and cookware, etc. Refrigerator had an ice machine.

We found an ice cream wrapper with stick and listernine strips container under the recliner. Dust all over the entertainment center and blinds throughout the home. Ants were in the bathroom, dishwasher was full of clean dishes to put away, no dishwasher pods or liquid to run dishwasher before I left, bbq grill was dirty and couldn’t be used. Beds were not comfortable and didn’t smell clean. Kitchen floor didn’t look clean.

Location, home, cleanliness and proximity to Yosemite.

Everything was great!

House was very good, the Grill out on the deck was easy enough to start and grill on.

Starting up for the fireplace was difficult, didn't really get to start the fireplace.
