Home was clean, nice view, fully equipped kitchen.

Late check in time (4pm - most places are 3pm). Early check out at 10am (again, most places are 11am or noon). For the price, that should change. Huge cleaning charge ($155.00), plus more in taxes and other local fees, almost doubled price of stay to over $800 for 2 nights (original price was $492. Great locale, older home, close to town. For the price and value though, I wouldn't stay there again.

Peaceful stay- all the amenities you need for a full dinner, Ocean View, Walker to town and back everyday ( 3 night stay), walked to iconic Mendocino coast( saw Harbor seal-played with harbor seal- saw many species of aviary!!!! Sat out on porch, had coffee and wine in afternoon... saw one of our most Spectacular Sunsets of our lives!!!! Comfy bed, heater worked well, windows open also supplied Fresh Mendocino air-Great coolness throughout the home!! Nice art, good Television, WiFi pretty good!!! Highly recommended- can’t wait to revisit in 2-3 years!! Saw Grey Fox last night and friended a Beautiful Black cat from town!!
