The unit itself was fine, location is great. Nice to have two bathrooms for the size of the unit, also nice that it is lofted.

The main reason I am rating this property so low (a very rare experience for me as a Booking.com Genius Level 3 guest) is because we specifically booked this apartment for a family ski trip because it had a hot tub and sauna amenity. However despite providing Vacasa with all our names prior to our arrival, and being told that “everything was in order,” they did not provide us with passes for the hot tub and sauna. I spent hours over the course of three days calling and texting with both Vacasa and Booking.com, and only on the last night of our stay were we able to access the hot tub and sauna. We would have stayed in a hotel for less money if this was going to be the case. The customer support was so bad that I will never book a property through Vacasa again. And honestly I’m very disappointed with Booking.com, as I have always thought they would have our back if a situation like this arose.

Hide a bed needs to be replaced.

It was quiet. It was cozy. The fireplace was nice. It was close to the lodge.

There was no elevator to drag all belongings up to the THIRD floor. I specifically made it clear I had a guest with me who has a seizure disorder 🤦‍♀️ The parking was TWO buildings away. The rental info said the unit had a sauna…. IT DID NOT AND IT EAS IN THE TEENS AT NIGHT. The heating units were so loud we couldn’t even carry on a conversation.

Great Location.

The bottom sink was clogged and the dishwasher sounded like it was ready to launch into space. Lots of stairs to get to the room, but this was expected.

The living room floor was covered with white colored animal fur or some kind. The carpeted floor was poorly cleaned. Animal fur got on my clothing and socks. Made me wonder what else was on the floor. This part of my stay was not good

This was the cutest little ski chalet (check out the lockers on the first floor)! It was an easy drive to downtown Ketchum, though you could bike or walk if you wanted. The other people in the community were friendly and kind. We had such a wonderful time.

We had no issues.

Received information on where to park underground and only in spots marked EVC. Went into all 4 underground parking areas and none marked EVC. Called phone number for help. Girl said she would call back in 10 minutes. Didn’t call back. Called another number and after some 2 hours discovered that EVC was not correct. Had to move my vehicle several times as was in a tow zone before resolved. TV only had channel 3. Was told that we had 19 channels by lady on phone trying to help. Could not fix problem. Still only one channel. Wife decided to read as TV not available. Guess what. There was not enough light by the LR chair to read. She had to use flashlight on her phone in order to read anything. Had reserved this place for two nights, but was so discussed that we only stayed the one night. Asked that we be refunded for the one night as this was such a terrible situation when we scheduled with such high hopes. Only gave a refund of $50. Far cry from $175.
