Everything was great; the apartment had everything we needed: clean and comfortable and perfect location 5 mn walk to the Warm Spring lift.

Little details, but the toilet paper was rough, not the soft kind :) The stove only had two burners working. We tried our best not to put our shoes in the house, as asked, but the carpet going all the way to the front door made it hard. They should put a little bench and put tiles in the front section so renters can avoid walking on the carpet with shoes.

Cleaning fee seemed a bit high. The write up on moving the car before 9 am for plowing snow was aggressively worded, impractical and nobody moved their car.

The only thing we found we were not happy with was no air conditioning for summer use. Parking for more than one car would have been nice. We traveled from different locations. A bathroom down stairs would have been nice due to the fact that we had 2 people on canes. We were very impressed with all the kitchen utensils. I brought several of my own utensils but would have not needed to. We were impressed with the cleanliness.

condo was roomy.

furniture is dated, worn and not really comfortable. The carpet needs a deep cleaning or better yet removed. It was dirty looking and feeling.

Gas fireplace, hot tubs, kitchen was well outfitted with utensils, location of condo and didn't hear any neighbors. Whether adjacent unit were active?

Pretty expensive for me and check-in/check-out times are a bit extreme. There wasn't a pool which I think was advertised.

Perfect for skiers. Unfortunately this lodging was not in a good proximity for my activities in Hailey. Not your fault

Limited parking!!! Also, I phoned Vacasa à week before my stay with a question about parking at the condo; however, my question and problem remained unresolved!! ☹

Location was convenient.

Non of the amenities listed were available. Pool and hot tub not open. No nets on tennis or pickle ball courts. Laundry was in separate building and disgustingly dirty.
