The walk to the mgm was great . And using the mgm pool was amazing . The view was really nice .

However, renting from someone who owns the room isn't the greatest . Tower 3 closes their parking at 4 pm . So if you go out or come in after that you'll have to walk to tower 2 or park at mgm like we did . We couldn't get towels because they were charged. And we would leave the trash outside the doors, yet no one would pick it up . Basically , it's an airbnb. You have to do everything yourself. Our TV didn't work , and we had to wait for someone to be called through the renter . Not the hotel . The room wasn't as clean as I'd like . But for the price it was a sacrifice.

The bed wasn't comfortable at all. Ummm, staff needs to pay more attention to the tub, pubic hair in the jets.

Great location, access to MGM pool, short walk to the casino and Uber/cab pickup directly outside the building.

The cleaning fee unfortunately comes off as an insult to the guests intelligence. I’ve stayed in two rooms at the Signature, one with a $150 cleaning fee and one with a $100 cleaning fee. based off of the square footage of each room, I’d estimate that the cost to clean the rooms would be at most 40% of what is charged (based off of experience hiring cleaning services privately in the past). I would suggest that if the owner would like to charge more for the room, just be honest and charge more for the room. Even the most daft guest will pick up on the fact that they’re being rinsed and quite frankly, it’s not a great way to start a business relationship. In my experience, everything else about the property is not only fair but you as the guest leave with the feeing that you made the right choice staying there. The staff is very friendly and capable, the location and amenities are great and on a day to day basis it makes for an easy trip. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!!

Nothing. Absolutely great.

Every staff encounter was pleasant. Housekeeping was exceptionally quick in delivering items to room. A spectacular view, multiple pools, a well-equipped gym, and sprawling property made for a comfortable stay.

It didn't have a Penthouse feel, as other locations do. It felt more like an upgraded hotel room. I expected more division between the bedroom/sitting area/kitchen, especially for the price. Did not like that the pools closed at 6. I don't understand why at least one pool wouldn't remain open until 8. Ice machine on my floor did not work, and I found it quite inefficient to have food and beverage vending machines on separate floors. One had to go one floor down for ice, two floors down for snacks, and one floor up for beverage. It's silly, really. The TV viewing was bare bones. Basic cable channels on an older model TV, with no option of streaming services or an option to connect phone to TV. That's horrendous for a resort such as Signature MGM.

the door to walk into the room was able to open without the actual card to open it. I was able to open it several times without the card, huge problem.

The Signature is our go to hotel in Vegas. The stall is friendly and efficient. The suite room fills our needs and is comfortable.

Owner Direct completely misrepresented the room. The 11th floor of the Signature Hotel is No Where Near the Penthouse locations. I specifically reserved the suite because it was located on one of the penthouse floors, It was a a shock to be informed by the check in desk that we were to be placed on the 11th floor instead of one of the penthouse suites which are located on floors 29-38 at the Signature. I called Owner Direct and they informed me that it was the entire fault of Booking.Com and Owner Direct was not at fault at all. Talk about false advertising and not making any amends at all.

The hotel itself was beautiful, each tower had a different theme and feel to it. The suites were nicely set up.

The jacuzzi after use had a significantly large amounts of dirt around it. This is not possible to come from a person using it for only 15 minutes. Not sure how often the jacuzzi run through a full cycle or a more thorough cleaning.

Room is excellent with plenty of space. Valet parking was very precise and punctual.

Sofa bed for teenagers isn't real comfortable. USD 16 for extra towels seems a bit too much.

housekeeping didn’t do a good job with the bed sheets because it was blood on the top sheet that linked through the comforter of the bed and when I spoke with front desk, they were supposed to have it checked but didn’t we get new sheets till next morning. when I emailed them about the situation they said that housekeeping was from 11am - 4pm so we left out that morning so housekeeping can come in, stayed gone till 2pm and come back the room was like it was when we left. I said something about it then they said housekeeping is after we checked out. Finding the blood on sheets was horrible enough and then housekeeping is after checkout is unbelievable. Will I do it again, no not pre-owned.
