We had a beautiful view from our tent. The tent itself was clean and comfortable with a more than adequate bathroom. The staff were excellent. They were so friendly and helpful.
Zion allows parking at each tent. So throughout the night cars are coming in which disturbs the peaceful atmosphere. Other Under Canvas sites do not have parking at the individual tents. These sites use golf carts to carry luggage to the tent from your car that is parked in an area which is a 2 or 3 minute walk from the tents. I think this works much better.

Very hot at night

We loved the location, tucked away in the middle of nowhere, offering a peaceful escape with breathtaking views and incredible stargazing. The staff is very kind and welcoming. If you travel there in the summer, it is highly recommended to check in late in the day since there is no AC.
There is room for improvement on dinner and breakfast

The secluded location and great communal area. The staff (for the most part!) were very friendly and helpful.
The tent was only moderately clean and had hair in the shower tray and plug. Housekeeping is by request, but no one told us this, so our room wasn’t touched until our final day. The food is average to poor and quite overpriced. And while it isn’t the staff’s fault, we had strong winds that shook our tent at the top of the resort so dramatically it was impossible to sleep. We asked staff to try and secure it and they just said it was fine and to use earplugs.

"Das Zelt ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet, die ganze Anlage sehr schön. Die Betten sind sehr groß und super gemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Der Preis für die Übernachtung ist zwar sehr hoch ..."
