Best thing for me was the pool, which I enjoyed using daily. Only about 13 metres, but enough to be a good swim if you kept at it. Perfect temperature and scrupulously clean.
The restaurant, when open, served surprisingly good food.
My room was excellent, with space and a good writing area.
Staff were sometimes hard to contact and seemed very busy - I waited for over an hour for a glass, which I was assured was 'coming straight up'. And that was after I had to ask reception to contact Room Services directly. Could have been a busy time, but then why not say so?
The restaurant seemed to be open at awkward times - one was never quite sure if it was serving food or not.
The elevators could take quite a while in busy times. Three of them and 20 floors might be the explanation.

I liked how clean the property was. I like the property location I liked the restaurant. I like the fact that breakfast was included. I like the fact that there was a gym and a pool I like the size of the room and the quality of the hotel.
I did not like the fact that when I was checking in, the young lady could not find my confirmation or my reservation. I did go through Booking.com, but I had all the information from Booking.com and it took her forever to figure out my reservation.

Close proximity to the Arlene Schnitzer Hall where we attended a concert.
Elevator service was very slow. Usually only one elevator with many waiting. Eventually two working elevators were used,

Comfy bed
Parking , head boards were all torn up , stained carpets didn’t feel very clean way over priced , valet didn’t want to take our car , no lunch options in hotel
