Close to the airport

La proximité avec l'aéroport est non négligeable, le parking, payant mais raisonnable, un centre commercial accessible à pied, de bons petits restaurants pas loin. La piscine avait l'air bien même si je n'ai pas eu le temps d'en profiter.

Nous avions besoin du canapé lit pour nos enfants, il n'était pas préparé. En le dépliant nous avons constaté que le matelas était en piteux état avec un soupçon de punaise de lit.... à vérifier mais des traces de piqûres le lendemain... L'odeur de canabis dans le parking...client? Gardien? Je ne sais pas. Pas de possibilité d'aérer la pièce.

Felt like home because it had a little kitchen, mini stove, cups napkins utensils dishwasher liquid dishwasher all of the things your kitchen at home typically has. Full size refrigerator and microwave. Full-size mirror. I loved it.

Toilet didn’t want to flush had to try 5 times just to get it to flush but wasn’t a big problem so.

Location was great for me as it was close to the airport and free shuttle service every half hour.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

The breakfast and the communication

It was convenient for us as we were flying in and out of Miami.

Check in is very late. Was not told that breakfast finishes early on weekdays

The room was great, very comfortable and clean. They had an excellent hot breakfast, a nice restaurant in the hotel and another one with live music one block away. The only downside was that the shuttle from the airport makes its last round at 9:30pm, so my friends had to take a taxi from the airport.

The room was spacious enough and clean with a large comfortable bed. The breakfast was sufficient.

The choices on the menu were extremely limited - not what would be expected when associated to Marriott. The airport shuttle only went to Arrivals - did not go to departures. The bar/ restaurant area was basic and drab Overpriced for what was on offer

They charged me an extra $50

Drawers and cupboards were all open

Room was very nice and well equipped.

Dinner was a disaster. They didn't have my first choice on an extremely limited menu and when we got to the pint we wanted wine they had none, zero.

El personal, súper amable. El desayuno bastante completo. Las habitaciones espaciosas y bien equipadas.

Todo bastante bien, no pudimos utilizar el traslado desde el aeropuerto porque no tuvimos indicaciones a tiempo. Pero para el retorno todo ok.

Las habitaciones son muy grandes, limpias y bien decoradas. Realmente muy cómodas.

El desayuno podría mejorar. Incluir opciones más saludables y variadas podría ser una buena opción.

The rooms were lovely and I liked the fact there was a mini kitchenette in the rooms. Rooms were very spacious The location for getting to the airport and the cruise port is brilliant. Staff were really lovely and helpful.

The whole breakfast experience was very underwhelming for me personally. The selection I felt was poor. Though others in my travel group were happy with it. and there was also not enough seating in the breakfast area at all.

Very comfortable and good location.

The breakfast is good, however it should have more healthy options.

Die Lage zum Flughafen in Miami ist spitze. Nur ein paar Minuten fahrt mit dem Uber/Taxi entfernt. Ansonsten gewohnt amerikanisches Zimmer mit Küchenzeile. Zimmergrösse voll in Ordnung, Sauberkeit auch. Personal nett.

Bei früher Abreise gibts das Frühstück in der Tüte. Leider mit viel Plasik. Dass das immer noch gemacht wird, ist eigentlich eine Schande.

J'ai aimé l'emplacement de cet hôtel pour se déplacer en Uber dans les magasins et proche de Dolphin Mall. Le personnel très gentil et serviable. Je n'ai pas pu utiliser la piscine car le temps ne s'y prêtait pas. La chambre était très agréable avec une vue extérieure verdure et maison. Cet hôtel dispose d'un service de restauration. Pour le petit déjeuner, tout est là pour ceux qui aiment bien se restaurer le matin. A l'accueil vous pouvez vous servir en boisson chaude offert par l'hôtel. C'est agréable lorsqu'on doit patienter un peu pour prendre son avion. Très proche aéroport international de Miami (environ 10mn en voiture)

Fui surpreendido com uma cobrança de 50 dólares no check-in. Falaram que seria devolvido ao final da hospedagem mas não fizeram. Tentei contato mas ninguém responde. Até agora nada.

Dree Airport Shuttle, Clean, very welcoming and friendly staff and provided everything you need for a short stay

NOTHING TO DISLIKE ABOUT THE PROPERTY. Our only concern was receiving an email to say our valid card had declined our payment on the day of arrival and we were on a 10 hour flight from the UK so had no knowledge until we landed and were on our way to the hotel. The email mention booking could be cancelled Our bank was obviously being very security minded. We confirmed with our bank that the payment was valid but was told it may have to be taken again. We do think if they want to take money before you arrive a date should be put into payment details and if things go wrong you are still on home ground to sort it out

Location and cleanliness of the room.

The staff is terrible. Got a “warning” that my car was about to be towed if I didn’t move it from the guest temporary spot. So, even though I was paying close to US$ 200 for one night, they were threatening me to tow my car for a $20 parking fee?? Ridiculous! …And even when I notified that we were taking a quick shower and were going out again they demanded aI moved the car soon before who knows who proceeded with the towing. There are evidently people working only for a Paycheck with no basic knowledge or interest on treating guests.

Proximité de l'aéroport, moins de 10 minutes en navette. Suite fonctionnelle, spacieuse et confortable, superbe accueil par tous les membres du personnel.

How nice and clean it was. Were able to walk to dinner and the casino!!

The young lady at the bar was not welcoming or friendly at all. In fact we left because we could not even get a drink from her. There was only six people in the bar!!

Perfeito! Local limpo, organizado, confortável, café da manhã tipicamente americano e atendente atenciosos. O quarto é espaçoso e completo.

Nada! Foi tudo maravilhoso.

Nice hotel with great amenities and nice staff and on site parking.

The property was a little far from downtown. Uber wasn’t bad but on a busy night like new year’s eve it can be difficult. Is fairly close to Little Havana though which is nice.
