No hot water

AC works SUPER COLD! AWESOME first floor location with easy access to pool, grills & beach. High ceilings give it a comfortable feeling

MATTRESS is HORRIBLE!!! EVERY little move has a sound of rolling on plastic & super uncomfortable CHEAP!!! The refrigerator took 2 days to cool off. I would highly recommend Phoenix X, 1st floor & will definitely book a 1st floor unit for next year BUT hesitant to book 105 since it’s thru White Shores Realty, booking.com & I sent a few messages about the fridge & noise but never received a response???not quite sure why they wouldn’t respond! I even checked junk mail & puzzled because all messages about payment sure were sent & came thru🙄 ***Renters may want to check for CONSTRUCTION/maintenance because nowhere did it say “under maintenance” in the listing description & we were woken each morning at 8:30-8 to the sounds of HAMMERING, SANDING, SCRAPING, CHISELING & DRILLING which as you can imagine wasn’t peaceful on our week off!!! Another suggestion for improvement is to replace the shower faucet since it’s old & the entire thing turns which makes it difficult to turn water on & off.

The beach was beautiful, not too full and easily accessible from the unit. Rental of chairs, umbrellas, etc. were a fair price and easily obtainable.

This unit is on the pool deck with access to the pool. We kept the curtains closed to contain the noise and people peering in from the pool. Bummer no view. The two weekdays (Tuesday and Wednesday after Memorial Day) we were renting, a power washer was put outside of the door for maintenance in above units. It WAS EXTREMELY LOUD and ran from 8am to 5pm both days nonstop. Unacceptable this was allowed to happen in the exact same spot for two days in a row. Condo did also have some broken furniture.
