Nice clean property overlooking the lake.

16 miles up out of West Yellowstone. Easy drive but not close to town.

The views are spectacular and the bar across the street was fun.

There are signs above the toilets stating they clog easily, we were careful, and the toilet still clogged. We feel they should fix the issues if it’s a known issue. Limited hot water, I was the first person in my group of 3 to shower around 5:30am and I ran out of hot water within 10 minutes. This was in the middle of the week in September, not busy. They sent an exterminator into our room without asking or informing us. Spraying pesticides in our room while we were staying there. They could have let us know, asked us, or waited till we left. The place was sort of clean, clearly the sheets and towels were washed and floor mopped. However, the front door was filthy, the cushions for the pullout were very dirty and heavily used.

The view was beautiful. Nice and cool weather.

Room had a bad smell to it. It looks like it’s an older hotel. We stayed 1 night. The breakfast was terrible. I can eat dang near anything for breakfast. I eat Pizza, lasagna, tuna fish etc. So for me to say it was not good… but there was several things to choose from. I ate like 3 strips of bacon. My husband tried the eggs, sausage etc. He also said it was not good at all. So, sorry for the bad review on the food.

Location was the only positive. View of the lake okay but out the back window of room a disaster of a junk filled garage project.

Nothing close by for any food or drinks other than a bar we walked into and right back feeling dirty and maybe unsafe.

Absolutely perfect place to take family! My husband and I loved this place. The hosts are very special, hardworking, friendly and treat their guests like family. Everything about the place and location is perfect. The rooms are extra-large and clean. Breakfast is included, our nieces loved the various breakfast selections. The lake view is spectacular, we enjoyed watching fishermen and water skiers before and after touring Yellowstone National Park. You can rent a boat, enjoy the lake like a local. This reservation turned out to be a special highlight of our Yellowstone vacation. We took my brother, sister-in-law and their 3 daughters who live in New Jersey. My sister-in-law had never visited a National Federal Park before. It was an extra special time and vacation for our family. We can't wait for a return stay. Nothing negative to say about Lake View Suites. It's an amazing place to stay where you're treated like family if you treat others as you have them treat you.

Its a beautiful location, spacious rooms, and clean interiors.

Noise travels through the rooms a lot, especially if there are people above you.
