The cleanliness the overall appearance, the staff & the room. Breakfast was nice too.
The beds were too hard so our sleep was disturbed & uncomfortable. Toilets are Too low, painful for knees & difficult!

We especially liked your breakfast! It was one of the best “included with your stay” I’ve experienced. The offerings were great, the hot food was hot, the cold food was cold and everything was clean, well- attended and ready. It felt as if we were the first people to enjoy it! The coffee was excellent, too.

The beds were comfortable and bathroom
Check in is at 3 and we arrived a few minutes after 3 and had to wait in the lobby along with 3-4 other families for at least 30-40 minutes for our room to be ready. We were not offer any money off or at least some extra points or something
