Never got a chance to even look around the property.

The customer service was horrible. The lady that was working the front desk was the worst and we were victims of the natural disaster. She tried to relate to me while continuing to upcharge me for the room just because I had 5 small children. We had already paid $366 just for that room and it didn’t have two beds just 1 king bed and a sofa bed. Trees fell on our house we had no lights or water and there was no compassion AT ALL!

The lobby had a nice coffee machine

The hotel is not up-to-date at all Need a new paint job scuffs all on the wall, need new sheets & pillows bathroom needs remodeling, brown water coming out the shower, rusted showerheads present. Elevator reeked of bleach with wet spots on the floor, no venting machines present just a very limited “snack store”

I specifically went to this hotel because of the chargers for EV cars. I have a Tesla and needed to charge there each day I was there. But the hotel doesn’t care if gas cars are parked in these spaces so I was unable to charge one night and had to wake up at 6a.m. One morning just to move my car so I could charge once one of the gas cars had left. If your not going to have spaces available for EV vehicles then don’t have the chargers. There’s literally no point if we can’t use them.

Staff from every department, were exceptional in every way possible.

Floor construction creates unbelievable noise from the ceiling, when the people above walk back and forth.

I like that the lobby and breakfast area floors were clean. The staff was nice.

The driveway into the parking lot from the street is very difficult to find. I had to turn around 2 times to find it. It would be good if better signage was put in at the street to mark the driveway. The lighting in the room and bathroom, especially dim around the mirror and sink area. I couldn't see my face well when getting ready in the morning, putting on my makeup. Maybe a light was out in the light around the mirror. Not sure. I wish there was one more light/lamp in the room.

I booked a night stay at the hotel for me and my wife and our 7 year old daughter went we arrived at the hotel the staff said the room wasn’t available but they had another room avaliable but it’s cost me more, otherwise I couldn’t stay there so it’s was 1:00 A.M I paid extra for the stay but afterwards they charged me $330 dollars for one night I’m very disappointed with it
