Good location and easy access

The friendliest of the staff & the cleanliness.

There was a smoker right down below us & the smoke kept coming up into our apartment. We complained 2x. They did say something to him, but he continued to smoke all weekend.

The location was central and it was right on the beach. There was a pool and outside terrace . It was well located for shops and restaurants. It was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The little extras such as water and teas/ coffees were appreciated. There was a local taxi firm based across the road. The staff facilitated an extra nights stay at short notice.

Although the bathroom had been newly upgraded , the bedroom furniture was a bit tired. There are cooking facilities which we didn’t use but there was a lack of kitchen ware such as cutlery and glasses which was replaced when highlighted. The wifi was patchy maybe due to the bad weather during our stay.

Beach location and distance to town

You placed us in the middle of a family reunion. They were loud, obnoxious and pigs. They took our balcony furniture so we had no chairs one morning. They left garbage all over. They had young kids riding scooters on deck with no parental supervision. We could not use deck area at all. I paid $1200 for 2 nights and was not happy. Also ice machine brook all 3 days, bathroom barn door constantly off track. Screen door all shredded. Slider did not lock. Big safety issue. I will be reaching out to property owners if I do not get a reply to this. Oh and the office doesn’t open until 9.
